Delete your account
Mohur, published by Devian Labs. Last updated 16 August 2026.
You can close your Mohur account yourself, from inside the app, in
under a minute. If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we
will do it for you.
In the app
- Open Profile from the bottom bar.
- Scroll to Leaving and tap Delete account.
- Read what goes and what stays, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account.
- You may be asked to sign in with Google once more. That is Google confirming it is you, not a second chance to change your mind — the deletion runs immediately afterwards.
Without the app
Email support@devianlabs.com from
the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". We will
confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually far sooner. We ask you to write
from the account's own address because it is the only way we can tell it is
yours.
What is deleted
- Your profile — name, photograph, biography and email address
- Every coin in your collection, with its photographs
- What you paid, what you valued each coin at, the dealer and your private notes
- Your XP, level, achievements, completed sets and Knowledge Base reading progress
- Your sign-in credential for Mohur
None of it is recoverable, and there is no grace period.
What stays, without your name on it
-
Verification votes you cast. Other collectors' coins carry
a verdict your vote helped decide. A verdict that vanished with its voter
would quietly change the standing of every coin you ever judged, so the
vote remains — attached to an account identifier that no longer belongs to
anybody.
-
The text of messages you posted. They are re-attributed to
"Deleted collector"; your name and photograph are removed. A conversation
full of holes is not a conversation, and the community's identification
work is largely held in those threads.
Neither carries your name, your photograph or your email address once the
deletion has run. Photographs may remain in backup storage for a period
afterwards before they are removed.
If you only want to stop the emails or leave a room
Leaving a space is one tap in that space's information sheet, and does not
touch your account. Deleting a single coin removes that coin and its figures
without affecting anything else. Deletion of the account is the last resort,
not the only lever.
